Have a problem with your product?

• We accept returns and exchanges on all our items

• Items must be returned within 28 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange (excluding sale items)

• The item(s) must be returned in the same condition as delivered, with all tags and original packaging

• Before any steps are taken, we inspect all items thoroughly

• Refunds do not include shipping costs (unless there was an issue with your order, in which case you’ll receive a full refund)

• Exchange requests can only be made for the same item, but in a different size or colour (if your exchange request is unavailable due to stock, a refund will be issued)

Received a faulty Item?

If you have unfortunately received a faulty item, please send us the following info:

• Your order number

• Photos that show:

– The fault as clear as possible

– Full-length photo of the item

– The Phlurt logo


Don’t worry about sending your faulty item back to us, just keep hold of it until we’ve been in touch.
